About Powra

Powra is an Australian engineering and technology company specialising in SCADA, EMS and PPC integration and control solutions for renewable energy and battery energy storage projects.

Our Powra SCADA Nexus2000 platform provides real-time monitoring, control, data acquisition and energy management for renewable energy plants and BESS facilities. It integrates SCADA, customised EMS and PPC functions into a unified platform, supporting plant control, energy management, coordinated power dispatch and remote operation.

The Nexus2000 platform can be deployed on both Windows and Linux operating systems and integrates with inverters, PCS, PPC controllers, protection systems and other field devices through commonly used industrial communication protocols.

Designed with secure OT architecture and cybersecurity in mind, Powra's solutions support operational resilience and are developed to align with applicable Australian Security of Critical Infrastructure (SOCI) requirements.

Complementing our SCADA, EMS and PPC capabilities, Powra provides BESS integration, RTDS Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing, grid compliance modelling and commissioning support to help projects achieve reliable, secure and compliant operation.
