Wagerup BESS

   Location: Western Australia

   Capacity: 100MW / 200MWh

   Project Purpose: Providing backup capacity and supporting grid stability across the South West 

   Interconnected System (SWIS).

   Powra provided system integration, PCS integration, medium-voltage (MV) and high-voltage (HV) 

   commissioning, and grid connection support for the Wagerup BESS project.

   Powra’s scope included the coordination and integration of key system components, including PCS

   and plant control interfaces, as well as technical support for MV/HV commissioning and grid 

   connection activities. The work supported the successful implementation and reliable operation

   of the battery energy storage system.
